LiteGear LiteStix are linear housings for the LiteRibbon product line. The LiteStix are made of extruded aluminum and include a white polycarbonate diffuser. At one metre long and with more than ten different styles available, LiteStix formalise the installation of LED LiteRibbon. LiteStix are sold separately, making it possible to choose the right LiteRibbon and LiteStix for your installation.
Mounting the LiteGear LiteStix
There are multiple ways of mounting LiteGear LiteStix. For a more permanent solution, screw directly into the LiteStix and through the surface it is being mounted to. Adding a countersink may be desired but is not always necessary. Velcro® or 3MTM VHBTM tape can be used on the back of the LiteStix and/or on the surface they are being mounted to for a temporary solution.
LED LiteStix Pro
LiteStix Pro are factory-assembled using “Half Round” aluminum profiles with a frosted poly lens. They include the all-new VHO Pro LiteRibbon in Tungsten (3200K), Daylite (6000K), or bi-colour (3200K ~ 6000K). Completely wired and available in various lengths: 15cm (6”), 30cm (12”), 60cm (24”), and 90cm (36”).
Made of extruded aluminum with a frosted poly lens, LiteStix formalise the installation of LiteRibbon by protecting the LEDs from environmental elements as well as by covering the individual emitters. The end result is a beautiful finished light fixture. Production designers and art directors will love the look, while the set lighting department will enjoy their choice of LiteRibbon and the controls to power it.
